Bina imli Ke Sambar Kaise Banega Step by Step 


Sambar ek South Indian  ka bahut hi popular dish hai. Yeh masur dal aur sabziyon ka pish ke  imli ke saath banaya jaata hai, jisse isme khatta swaad aata hai. Lekin har kisi ko imli ka swaad pasand nahi aata hai aur kuch logon ke paas imli nahi hota. Lekin chinta ki baat na kijiye, aap imli ke bina bhi bahut hi swadisht sambar bana sakte ho. Sambar ek popular dish hai aur aap jo bhi sabzi aapke paas hai, unhe istemal  kar sakte hai. Traditional sambar mein gajar, beans, baingan aur pumpkin jaise sabziya ko istemal kar sakte hai. Lekin aap okra, aloo, drumsticks ya koi bhi dusri sabzi ko istemal kar sakte hai

imli ke bina sambar banane ke liye aap kisi bhi khatta sabji ka istemal kar sakte hai jaise:

Tomatoes:-

Tomatoes sambar ke liye imli ka ek accha substitute hai. Yeh dish mein khatta swaad aur thoda meetha bhi daalta hai. Tomato ko sambar mein istemal karne ke liye, do medium-sized tomatoes ko kat ke vegetable mixture mein daal dein.

Dahi:-

Dahi sambar ke liye  bahut accha kaam karta hai. Yeh dish mein creaminess aur khatta swaad dono ko add karta hai. Dahi ko sambar mein istemal karne ke liye, half cup Dahi ko half cup paani ke saath Mix kare aur vegetable mixture mein daal dein.

Lemon juice:-

Lemon juice sambar ke liye imli ka quick aur easy Badal hai. Yeh dish mein khatta aur citrusy swaad daalta hai. Lemon juice ko sambar mein istemal karne ke liye, ek lemon ka juice nikale aur vegetable mixture mein daal dein.


सांबर बनाने के लिए सामग्री - Sambar banane ke liye samagri:-


* 1 cup toor dal (split pigeon peas)


* 2 cups mixed vegetables (jaise carrots, beans, eggplant, aur pumpkin), chopped (काटा हुआ)


* 1 onion, chopped (काटा हुआ)


* 2 tomatoes, chopped (काटा हुआ)


* 1 tsp turmeric powder


* 1 tbsp sambar powder


* Salt to taste


* Pani jaise ki zaroorat ho


* 2 tbsp oil


* 1 tsp mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज)


* 1 tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)


* Kuch curry leaves (करी पत्त)


सांबर बनाने के लिए विधि - Sambar banane ke liye Vidhi:-


Toor dal ko dhokar 30 minutes ke liye pani mein bhigo dein.


Fir  cooker mein toor dal, turmeric powder aur salt ko 3 cups pani ke saath 3-4 Siti ke liye Weat karte hai

Jab ho jaye ga to usko khol kar, dal ko achchi tarah se mash kar dein.


Ab ek kadhai mein oil garam karein aur usme mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing aur curry leaves daal kar achcha karke pakaye 


Ab usme chopped onions daal kar fry kare  jab tak ki woh pure tarika se na ho jaye.


Ab usme chopped vegetables aur thoda sa pani daal dein. Sabziya 70-80% pakana ho jaye to usme chopped tomatoes daal dein aur unhe soft hone tak pakaye karein.


Ab usme sambar powder daal dein aur achchi tarah se mix kare

Ab usme Jo pakana dal, daal dein aur pani ko adjust karein jisse ki sambar ka  gaadhaapan sahi ho jaye.

Ab sambar ko taste karein aur masala ko adjust karein jaise ki zaroorat hai

Ab garam garam sambar ko steamed rice, dosa, idli, ya kisi bhi South Indian dish ke saath test  karein.

सलाह - Tips:-

Agar aapke paas imli paste hai to aap usko bhi recipe mein istemal kar sakte hai. 1-2 chammach apni test ke hisab se dal sakte hain

Agar aap sambar ko aur flavorful banana chahte hai, to aap kuch spices ko  pishke  usme daal sakte hai jaise ki coriander seeds, cumin seeds, aur fenugreek seeds.
