Pav Bhaji Recipe Step by step
Pav bhaji ek prasiddh Indian street food hai jo Mumbai se shuru hua hai. Isme ek teekha sabzi ki curry (bhaji) ek soft bread roll (pav) ke saath serv kiya jata hai. Ye ek lazeez aur bharpur dish hai jo lunch ya dinner ke liye perfect hai. Yahaan ghar par pav bhaji banane ki kuch recipe hai.
Pav Bhaji Banane ke Samagri:-
* 5medium size aloo, ubla hua aur masala hua
* 1cup phool gobhi, ubla hua aur masala hua
* 1cup hare matar, uble hue aur masale hue
* 1bada pyaaz, barik se kat liye
* 1bada tamatar, barik se kat liye
* 2-3hari mirch, barik se kate
* 1bara chammach adrak-lehsun ka paste
* 1chammach pav bhaji masala
* 1chammach lal mirch powder
* 1chammach jeera powder
* 1chammach dhaniya powder
* 1/2chammach haldi powder
* 2chammach makhan
* Namak apna swad anusar dena
* Nimbu ke tukde garnish ke liye
* Kata hara dhaniya garnish ke liye
* 8-10 pav bread rolls
Pav Bhaji Banane ke liye Vidhi:-
Ek bade kadai mein makhan ko dhimi aanch par garam kar liye
Barik Se kate hue pyaaz aur hari mirch ko ek sath dijiye aur tab tak fry karein jab tak pyaaz theek se na ho jaayein.
Adrak-lehsun ka paste dijiye aur ek minute tak fry karein.
Barik kate hue tamatar ko v add karein aur tab tak fry karein jab tak wo naram aur Sabuk na ho jayein.
Pav bhaji masala, lal mirch powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, haldi powder aur namak swad anusar dijiye Sabko acche se ek sath mix kar Lena
Masala wali sabziyan - uble hue aloo, phool gobhi aur hare matar ko add karein. Sabko acche se mix kare
2-3 aloo sabzi ki sath aacha karke apne hath se mix kare aur isme thoda Pani add kar dena mungfali ke Dane add kar sakte ho isme test accha hoga
Bhaji ko dhimi aanch par 10-15 minutes ke liye uble halka halka chalate hue.
Jab bhaji pak jaayein, kata hara dhaniya aur nimbu ke tukde se garnish karein.
Pav ko sekke alag alg karein tawa ya griddle par rakhkar dono taraf se halka halka laga dena
Garam pav ko bhaji ke saath serv karein aur ek chammach makhan, kata pyaaz aur kata hara dhaniya se garnish karein.

Suggestion aur Variations:-
Pav bhaji ko nutritious banana ke liye, aap
dusre sabziyan jaise gajar, shimla mirch ya beans add kar sakte hain.
Aap bhaji ke teekhe swad ko apne swad anusar adjust kar sakte hain, lal mirch powder aur hari mirch ko zyada ya kam add karke.
Bhaji ka swad aur bhi accha karne ke liye, ek choti chammach kasuri methi bhigo kar aur usko masalon ke saath mix karein.
Agar aap pav bhaji ko vegan banana chahte hain, toh makhan ki jagah tel ka use kar sakte hain.
Aap bhaji ko aur bhi swadisht bana sakte hain, 1chammach cream ko bhaji mein add kar sakte hain.
Aap bhaji ko kata pyaaz, nimbu ke tukde aur hari chutney ke saath mix karke aur bhi zyada swadisht bana sakte hain.
