Dhokla Recipe Step by Step (easy)

Dhokla ek Gujarati breakfast hai, jo poore Bharat mein pasand kiya jata hai. Ismein besan aur khatta dahi ka fermented batter steaming ke dwara cake Jeysa  banaya jata hai. Ye aam taur par hari chutney aur imli ki chutney ke saath serv kiya jata hai.






Dhokla banane ke liye Samagri:-


 1. 1 cup besan


2. 1/2 cup khatta dahi


3. 1/4 teaspoon haldi powder


4. 1 teaspoon adrak paste


5. 1 teaspoon hari mirch paste


6. 1 teaspoon chini


7. Namak swaad anusar


8. 1 tablespoon tel


9. 1 teaspoon sarson ke beej


10. 1 teaspoon jeera


11. 1/2 teaspoon hing


12. 1 teaspoon baking soda


13. 1 tablespoon nimbu ka ras


14. 2 tablespoons kata hua dhaniya patta


Dhokla Sajane ke liye:-


1. 2 tablespoons kata hua dhaniya patta


2. 2-3 hari mirch kata hua


3. 1 tablespoon grated nariyal


Dhokla Banane ki Vidhi:-


Ek mishran ke bartan mein besan, khatta dahi, haldi powder, adrak paste, hari mirch paste, chini, namak daal kar acchi tarah mix karein. Ismein pani daal kar smooth batter bana lein.


Bartan ko dhak kar 3-4 ghante ke liye ferment karne ke liye side mein rakh dein. Batter ka volume double ho jana chahiye.


Steamer plate ya cake tin ko tel se grease karein aur ready rakhein.


Ek kadhai mein tel medium aanch par garam karein. Sarson ke beej, jeera aur hing daal kar pakne dein. Jab ye phutein toh gas se hatakar thanda hone dein.


Fermented batter mein tempering daal kar acchi tarah mix karein.


Ek chote bowl mein baking soda aur nimbu ka ras mix karein. Is mixture ko batter mein daal kar acchi tarah mix karein.


Batter ko greased plate ya tin mein daal kar 15-20 minutes ke liye steam karein, jab tak toothpick ke dwara center mein se saaf nikal aaye.


Dhokla ko 5-10 minutes ke liye thanda hone dein aur phir usko pieces mein kaat lein.


Garnish ke liye, ek chhoti pan mein 1 tablespoon tel garam karein. Kata hua hari mirch daal kar ek minute ke liye bhunein. Dhokla par isko daal dein.

Kuch aur Tips  Dhokla Banane ke Liye:
-


Dhokla batter ko kam se kam 3-4 ghante ke liye ferment karna hai. Isse dhokle mein ek khatta taste aata hai.


Batter ki consistency smooth honi chahiye, na bahut patla na bahut gadha. Iske liye pani ko dheere dheere daalte rahein.


Baking soda daalne ke baad, batter ko acche se mix karein. Isse dhokla fluffy aur soft banta hai.


Dhokla ko jyada steam mat dein, kyunki isse woh sukha aur kadak ho sakta hai. Toothpick se center mein check kar lein ki dhokla pak gaya hai ya nahi.


Swadisht dhokla ke liye, batter mein kata hua sabziyan jaise gajar, shimla mirch aur matar daal sakte hain.


Dhokla ko sundar sajane ke liye, upar se kata hua dhaniya patta, grated nariyal aur kata hua hari mirch daal sakte hain.


Dhokla ko hari chutney aur imli ki chutney ke saath serv karein. Masala chai ke saath bhi dhokla ka mazza hai.
