Poha Recipe Banane Ki Samagri:
2 cups Poha (flattened rice)
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 pyaaz, finely chopped
1 hari mirch, finely chopped
1/2 inch adrak, grated
1/4 cup moongphali
1/4 cup chopped dhaniya patti
Namak swad anusar
1 tablespoon nimbu ka ras

Poha Recipe Banane Ki Vidhi:
Poha ko running water mein 1-2 minutes tak dhokar naram kar lein. Pani nikal dein aur alag rakh dein.
Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein sarso ke beej aur jeera dalein aur usey splutter hone dein.
Haldi powder, chopped pyaaz, hari mirch aur grated adrak daal dein. 2-3 minutes tak saute karein jab tak pyaaz translucent na ho jaye.
मूंगफली daal kar 2-3 minutes tak fray kare jab tak wo thodi brown na ho jaye.
Kadhai mein bhigoye hue Poha ko daal kar achhe se mix karein.
Namak swad anusar daalein aur achhe se mix karein. Agar zaroorat ho to thoda sa pani bhi daal sakte hai.
Kadhai ko dhak kar dhimi aanch par 2-3 minutes tak pakaye
Dhakkan hata kar nimbu ka ras aur chopped dhaniya patti daal dein aur achhe se mix karein.
Sev, chopped pyaaz, chopped tamatar aur ek nimbu ke ras ki boond ke saath garam garam serve karein.
