Pasta Recipe in Hindi Step by Step 


Pasta ek bahut hi popular aur versatile dish hai. Pasta aur चटनी ke itne saare प्रकार hai ki aap kisi bhi swad ko santusht karne ke liye bohut saare combinations bana sakte hain. Pasta Pakane Ke Vidhi:-


Pasta pakana bahut hi simple lagta hai, lekin ismein kuchh mukhya कदम hote hain jinhe follow karne se aap har baar apna pasta bahut hi accha bana sakte hain.


Step 1:-


Sahi pasta chune. Pasta ke bahut saare prakaar hote hain, jaise spaghetti, linguine, penne, aur fettuccine, jinke aakaar ka pasta kaise pakta hai aur sauce ke saath kaise behave karta hai, ispar prabhav padta hai. For example, lambi aur patli spaghetti light aur patle sauce ke saath behtar banta hai, jabki chhote aur furrowed penne jaise pasta gehre aur mazedaar sauce ke liye accha hota hai.


Step 2:-


Pani ubaal lein. Ek bade bartan mein pani daal kar usey ubaal lein. Pani mein namak daalein taaki pasta mein swaad aaye.


Step3:-


Pasta daalein. Jab pani ubalne lage, pasta daal dein aur stick nahin hone deney ke liye halka sa hilate rahein. Pasta ko package mein diye gaye samay ke anusaar, 8-12 minutes tak pakaye.


Step4:-


Pasta ko chaan lein. Jab pasta aapki pasand ke anusaar pak jaaye, usey chaan kar thanda paani se dhokar cooking process ko rokein.


Step 5:-


Pasta ko serve karein. Pasta ko sauce aur toppings ke saath milakar garam garam serve karein.


Aasaan Pasta Recipe: Garlic Aur Olive Oil Wala Spaghetti


Pasta Pakane Ke Samagri:-


* 1 pound spaghetti


* 1/2 cup olive oil 


* 8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced


* 1/4 Lal mirchi hisab se


* Namak test ke hisab se aur kali mirch


* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


* 1/4 cup paneer


Spaghetti Pasta Pakane ke Vidhi:-


Spaghetti ko package ke anusaar pakaye. jab tak pasta pak raha hai, ek bade skillet mein olive oil ko medium heat par garam karein. Garlic aur red pepper flakes (agar istemal kar rahe hain) daal kar 2-3 minutes tak pakaye jab tak garlic aur halka brown na ho jaye.


1/2 cup pasta cooking water reserve karein aur phir pasta ko chaan kar garlic aur oil wale skillet mein daal dein.


Garlic aur oil se pasta ko achhe se mix kar lein. Agar pasta sukhne lagta hai, toh thoda sa reserve kiya hua pasta water daal dein.


Pasta ko swaad ke anusaar namak aur kali mir Add karke achhe se mix kar lein. Fir chopped parsley aur grated Parmesan cheese ko pasta ke upar se sprinkle karein.


Pasta ko garam garam serve karein aur enjoy karein!
