Sabudana khichdi Recipe Step by Step:-
Sabudana khichdi ek prasiddh Indian breakfast dish hai jo tapioca pearls (sabudana), mungfali aur aloo se banaya jata hai. Yeh ek gluten-free aur vegan dish hai jo bharat me vishesh roop se dharmik tyohar aur vraton ke dauraan pasand kiya jata hai.
Sabudana Khichdi Banane Ke Samagri:-
* 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
* 1 bada aloo, chhote tukdon me kata hua
* 1/2 cup bhune hue mungfali, pees lee hui
* 1 hari mirch, barik kata hua
* 1 tsp jeera
* 1 tsp adrak ka grated
* 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
* 1/2 tsp haldi powder
* 2 tbsp tel
* Namak swad anusar
* Hare dhaniye ke patte sajane ke liye
* Nimbu ke tukde
Sabudana Khichdi Banane Ke Vidhi:-
Sabudana ko ek jharni me dhokar pani me 2-3 ghante tak bhigoye ya jab tak wo gal jaye aur thik se na ho jaye. Pani ko chhan kar alag rakhe.
Tel garam karein aur usme jeera dalein. Jab jeera phatne lage, to usme peesa hua adrak aur kata hua hara mirch daalein. Ek minute tak bhune.
Ab usme aloo daalein aur acchi tarah mix kar dein. Dhak kar 5-7 minute tak pakaye ya jab tak aloo naram aur gal na jaye
Ab usme pees lee hui mungfali, lal mirch powder, haldi powder aur namak daalein. Sab kuchh acche se mix karein aur 2-3 minute tak pakaye
Ab soaked sabudana ko kadai me daal kar sab kuchh acchi tarah mix karein. 5-7 minute tak ya jab tak sabudana transparent aur gal na jayein tab tak pakaye
Gas band kar dein aur khichdi ko kuchh minute ke liye rakh dein.
Sajane ke liye, hare dhaniye ke patte aur nimbu ke tukde daal kar upar de dain kare

Dhyan rahe ki sabudana pearls ko kam se kam 2-3 ghante tak bhigoye ya jab tak wo gal na jayein aur transparent na ho jayein.
Bhune hue mungfali ka istemal swad aur crunch ke liye kiya ja sakta hai.
Hara mirch aur lal mirch powder ki matra apne swad anusar badle.
