Palak Paneer Recipe Step By Step

Palak Paneer Banane Ke Samagri:-


* 400g palak ke patte


* 200g paneer


* 2 medium-sized pyaaz


* 2 medium-sized tamatar


* 3-4 hari mirch


* 1 tsp adrak paste


* 1 tsp lehsun paste


* 1 tsp jeera seeds


* 1 tsp dhania powder


* 1/2 tsp haldi powder


* 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder


* 1/2 tsp garam masala


* 1/2 tsp namak


* 1/2 cup cream


* 2 tbsp ghee ya vegetable oil


Palak Paneer Recipe Banane ke Vidhi:-


Sabse pehle palak ke patte ko dhokar saaf karein. Ek patile me palak ko 2-3 minute tak ubal kar galane ke liye rakhein. Paani ko chhan kar palak ko thanda hone dein.


Jab palak thanda ho jaaye, use blender ya food processor me acche se paste bana lein. Isko ek taraf rakh dein.


Ab paneer ko chote chote tukdo me kaat lein aur ek pan me ek tablespoon ghee ya oil me fry kar lein, jab tak wo golden brown na ho jaayein. Paneer ko nikal kar ek taraf rakh dein.


Isi pan me ek aur tablespoon ghee ya oil daalein aur garam hone de. Isme jeera daalein aur kuch seconds ke liye chalaye


Fir, isme pyaaz, adrak paste, lehsun paste aur hari mirch daalein aur unko translucent hone tak saute karein.


Isme chopped tamatar daalein aur unhe soft aur mushy hone tak pakaye


Ab isme dhania powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein aur ek minute ke liye cook karein.


Isme palak paste daalein aur acche se mix karein. Medium flame par 5-7 minutes tak pakaye


Isme cream daalein aur acche se mix karein. Aur 2-3 minutes ke liye cook karein.


Ant mein, fried paneer ko pan me daalein aur gently mix karein. Kam aanch par 1-2 minutes tak pakaye


Rice ya naan bread ke saath garam garam serve karein.
