Pani Puri Recipe Step by Step
Pani Puri ek prasiddh Indian street food hai jo sabhi umr ke logon ke dilon ko chhoota hai. Yeh ek khasta aur khokhle ball hai jo suji se bana hota hai, aur andar aloo, chhole, masale aur imli ki chutney ka mishran bhara jata hai. Iske saath ek teekhi aur chatpata paani bhi milaye jata hai. Pani Puri ke liye Samagri:-
* 1 cup suji
* 1/4 cup maida
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 1/4 tsp namak
* Pani
* Tel
Pani Puri Me Bharne ke liye samagri:-
* 2 uble huye aloo, chheel kar mash kiye hue
* 1/2 cup uble huye chhole
* 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
* 1/2 tsp chaat masala
* Namak swad anusar
* Imli ki chutney ( ghar pe kar lena)
Pani Puri ke Pani ke liye samagri:-
* 2 cup taza pudina ke patte
* 1 cup taza dhaniya ke patte
* 1/2 inch adrak
* 2-3 hari mirch
* 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
* 1/2 tsp chaat masala
* Namak swad anusar
* 1/2 tsp kala namak
* 2 tbsp imli ka pulp
* 1 nimbu
* 4 cup pani
Pani Puri Banane ke Vidhi:
Puri banane ke liye, ek bowl mein suji, maida, baking soda aur namak ko mix karen. Thoda-thoda pani daal kar ek kadak aata guth lein. Dhak kar 15-20 minute ke liye rakh dein.
Aate ko chote-chote tukdon mein baant kar har ek tukde ko gol chakkar ke aakaar mein bel lein. Dhyan rahe, beli hui puri ko gila kapda se dhak kar rakhein tak ki yeh sookh na jaye.
Tel ko ek kadhai mein medium-high aag par garam karen. Jab tel garam ho jaye to ek-ek kar ke beli hui puri ko tel mein dal dein aur use tab tak talen jab tak yeh acche se phool na jaye. Tel se nikal kar ek tissue paper par rakhein taaki tel jyada na lage.
Bharne ke liye, ek mixing bowl mein mash kiye hue aloo, uble huye chhole, bhuna jeera powder, chaat masala aur namak ko mila dein.
Pani banane ke liye, ek machine mein pudina ke patte, dhaniya ke patte, adrak, hari mirch, bhuna jeera powder, chaat masala, namak, kala namak, imli ka pulp aur nimbu ka ras ko mix kar lein. Pani dalte hue acche se mix karen aur patla pani banane ke liye thoda-thoda pani daalte rahein. Mix ko chha
kar ek hadi mein daal dein aur thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
Ab Pani Puri ko serve karne ke liye, har puri ke upar ek chhota hole bana lein aur andar bharne ke liye aloo-chhole ka mishran daal dein. Fir, imli ki chutney daal dein aur teekhe pani se bhar dein.

Aapka Puri ka aata kada hona chahiye takki aap ise gol chakkar ke aakar mein bel sakein. Aata jyada mulayam ho to Puri fry karte waqt khulle nahi hote hain.
Beli hui puri ko gila kapda se dhak kar rakh dein, taaki woh sookh na jaye.
Puri ko tel mein fry karne ke liye tel ka temperature sahi hona chahiye. Agar tel jyada garam hoga to Puri jal jayegi aur agar tel thanda hoga to Puri mehakdaar nahi hogi.
Bhare hue mishran ke liye aap hari moong daal, boiled hare matar, ya fir in sabhi ko mila kar bhi use kar sakte hain.
Pani ka swad aapke pasand ke hisaab se banaya jaa sakta hai, aap green chillies ya nimbu ka ras ki quantity badha ya kam kar sakte hain.
Agar aapko meetha pasand hai to Pani mein thoda shakkar ya gur daal sakte hain.
Agar machine nahi hai to pudina ke patte, dhaniya ke patte, aur hari mirch ko dasto ki madad se pis kar baki samagri ko haath se mix kar lein.
Tamarind chutney banane ke liye thoda sa tamarind garam paani mein bhigo dein aur 30 minute ke liye rakh dein. Pulp ko nikalein aur seeds ko nikal dein. Pulp ko gur, namak, bhuna jeera powder aur lal mirch powder ke saath mix karke thick chutney bana lein.
