Matar Paneer Recipe in Hindi Step by Step
Matar paneer ek prasidh North Indian dish hai jo taza paneer (Indian cottage cheese) aur hare matar ko ek spiced tomato-based gravy mein pakaya jata hai. Yeh ek swadisht aur swasth vegetarian vikalp hai jo naan, roti ya chawal ke saath serve kiya ja sakta hai. Yahaan ek recipe di gayi hai jisse aap ghar par Matar paneer bana sakte hain:
Matar Paneer Banane Ki Samagri:-
250 g paneer
1 cup hare matar (taza ya frozen)
3 medium-sized tamatar, kaate hue
1 pyaaz, kaata hua
1 hari mirch, kaati hui
1 tsp adrak-lehsun ka paste
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp tel
Namak swad anusar
1/2 cup paani
1 tbsp taze dhaniye ke patte, garnish ke liye
Matar Paneer Banane Ki Vidhi:-
Paneer ko cube mein kaat len aur ek taraf rakh den.
Ek pan mein 1 tbsp tel garam karen aur jeera daalen. Unhein phoolne den.
Kaate hue pyaaz, hari mirch daal kar bhunen jab tak pyaaz sunehra nahi ho jaata.
Adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar ek minute tak bhunen.
Kaate hue tamatar daal kar tab tak pakayen jab tak ve naram aur masale mein mil jaayen.
Dhania powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur garam masala daal kar acchi tarah mix karen aur 2-3 minute tak pakayen.
Hare matar, namak aur 1/2 cup paani daal kar pan ko dhak den aur 5-6 minute tak pakayen ya jab tak hare matar naram na ho jaayen.

Paneer cubes daal kar acchi tarah mila len. Pan ko dhak den aur aur 2-3 minute tak pakayen.
Taze dhaniye ke patte se garnish karen aur naan, roti ya chawal ke saath garama-garam serve karen.
Matar Paneer Banane Ki aur Kuchh Salai:-
Agar aap frozen hare matar istemaal kar rahe hain, to unhein istemaal se pahle garam paani mein 10-15 minute tak bhigoiye.
Paneer ko naram banane ke liye, use istemaal se pahle garam paani mein 10-15 minute tak bhigo den.
Lal mirch powder ki maatra ko badha ya ghatakar aap dish ki teekhapan ko adjust kar sakte hain.
Aap dish ko cream ya dahi se creamier texture ke liye bana sakte hain.
Sure ho jaayein ki dish ke liye pake hue tamatar ka istemaal karen, jisse gravy me tangy aur flavorful taste aaye.
