Upma Recipe in Hindi Step by Step:-
Upma ek prasiddh South Indian nashta hai jo semolina (rava ya sooji) se banaya jata hai. Ye ek jhatpat aur aasaan recipe hai jo 20 minute ke andar tayyar ho jaati hai. Yahaan ek kadam-kadam se guida hai swaadisht upma banane ke liye:
Upma Recipe Banane Ke Samagri:-
1 cup semolina (rava or sooji)
2 tablespoon ghee ya tel
1 teaspoon rai ke beej
1 teaspoon jeera ke beej
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
1 pyaaz, barik kata hua
1 hari mirch, barik kata hua (optional)
1 tablespoon adrak ka ras
1/2 cup mishtan koote hue sabziyaan (gajar, mutter, beans, aadi)
2 cup paani
Namak swaad anusar
Barik kata dhaniya pattiyaan sajane ke liye
Upma Recipe Banane ke Vidhi:-
Semolina ko ek kadhai mein halka bhura aur sugandhit hone tak dhup mein rakh ke bhunein. Iske liye lagbhag 5-6 minute lageinge. Bhun kar kadhai se nikal lein.
Kadhai mein ghee ya tel garam karein. Usme rai ke beej, jeera ke beej aur hing daal dein. Kuchh sekunde ke liye pakayein.
Isme barik kata hua pyaaz, hari mirch aur adrak ka ras daal kar bhunein jab tak pyaaz saaf safed na ho jaaye.
Mishtan koote hue sabziyaan daal kar kuchh minute tak pakayein jab tak wo pak jaayein.
Paani aur namak daal kar use ubaalne ke liye rakhein.
Thode thode kar ke bhune hue semolina ko ismein daalte hue, lagatar chalate rahein jisse ki guchhe na ban jaayein. Aanch halki kar dein aur kadhai ke upar ek dhakkan se dhak dein. Lagbhag 5-7 minute tak pakayein.

Upma ki gadhaayi ko check karein. Agar jyada sukha hai toh thoda sa paani aur daal dein aur kuchh minute aur pakayein.
Barik kata dhaniya pattiyaan upar sajayein aur chutney ya aapki pasand ki pickle ke saath garam garam serve karein.
Upma Recipe Banane ke or Kuch Tips:-
Aap upma ki gadhaayi swaad anusar badha ya ghata sakte hain.
Aap roasted moongphali ya kaju bhi daal sakte hain.
Aap khatta swaad pane ke liye nimbu ka ras bhi daal sakte hain.
Upma nashta, brunch ya halki dinner ke roop mein serve kiya jaa saktkariye
Bachi hui upma ko refrigerator mein rakh kar agle din dobara garam kar sakte hain. Thoda sa paani daal dein aur stove ya microwave mein garam karein.
